FHIDO has colorfully celebrated this year’s International Aflatoun Day with a theme “ Sow the Seeds of Your Future” in partnership with Love for CFDCO , AIDO, ECO Sheger CFDO and ChildFund Ethiopia on March 24, 2023. On the event more than 150 children, invited guests and managers participated. It was marked with question and answers by children from all LPs , traditional song , poems , Aflatoun song by children and exhibition of Aflatoun works. The celebration showed all ChildFund’s partners commitment and cooperation to promote and widening Aflatoun approaches in the country ,i.e about social values and children’s rights and responsibilities coupled with basic financial education to empower them to become agents of change. It also contributes the inclusion of Child Social and Financial Education into education systems and recognition of children’s rights.
